 Huajia pipe is a silane cross-linked plyethylene pipe for hot and cold water system. The cross-linkded degree can  be up to 65%, strictly meet the standard ASTM877, ISO 15875 and AS NZS 2492.

It can be used for 20 years outdoor and 50 years indoor.

Two layers structure: The internal layer is made up of silane cross-linked polyethylene. Outer layer is made up of PE       or PEX , it depends on your request.

The external layer is mixed with polyethylene and carbon black,which has anti-ultraviolet ray.

I Selection of Raw material

Huajia only choose high quality PE-Xb raw materials fromthe company China Constab and Korea modern crosslinking material. The annual purchase quantity of Constab is more than 1000T which exceeding its 20% of total production and Efield is one of three biggest customers of Constab.

II.Selection of aluminium tape

Huajia adopts customized southwest aluminum and wuhan xinghuan hot-rolled aluminum. PET Bottle Making Machine is suitable for producing PET plastic containers and bottles in all shapes.

III. Process controlNational standards focus on batch testing of manufactured products. However, according to theEuropean standard ISO21003, Huajiapays attention to the inspection of production process and the detection frequency is much higher than the national standard.

During the production process, 300mm sample tubes are reserved for each coil of pipe and marked the production date. The sample tubes are used for stripping test and expanding test. Each roll of rewinding pipe is tested by pressing test and shot blasting test.
IV. Crosslinking treatment 
Crosslinking treatment is the core of crosslinking PAP pipes. Huajia adopts unique crosslink processing equipment. Through over 95 ℃ hot water 8 h and strictly control the production process to ensure that each meter of pipe material is cross-linked. The crosslinking degree is more than 70%. (standard > 65%) Only by fully crosslinking can the molecular structure change into a three-dimensional network distribution. In a strict sense, only when the plastic is cured can it be called thermosetting plastic. After clamping and slippage, there will be no heat expansion and cold shrinkage, no water leakage and water seepage.

Huajia has own lab to make most pipe tests. 
 Including Appearance, Dimension, Pull-out Test, Delamination Resistance, Adherence and Cracking by Expansion,      Hydraulic Strength, Bursting Test, Cross-Linking degree, Heating Behavior etc.
